Mediation
I provide neutral mediator services to help attorneys and their clients resolve a wide variety of civil disputes. Some of my practice areas include personal injury cases, first and third party insurance disputes, property damage cases, debt collection disputes, employment law, and essentially any type of case in the Circuit and County Courts of Florida besides Family Law matters. I am available for mediation via Zoom teleconference in every county in Florida and can be available for in-person mediations on a case-by-case basis.
Arbitration
As a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have added nonbinding arbitration services to my practice in response to the growing demand and constraints imposed on the courts, passed down as orders for mandatory nonbinding arbitration to parties and attorneys in litigation. I understand this is an unpopular new development among attorneys and litigators; however if you have been ordered to nonbinding mandatory arbitration, I am available in that capacity as well.
